My approach to massage is grounded, intuitive, and deeply informed by both science and lived experience. I blend evidence-based techniques like deep tissue and myofascial release with a holistic understanding of how the body and mind communicate, especially through the nervous system.


My goal in every session is to create a calm, supportive space where your body can begin to let go of stress and tension, and your nervous system can finally exhale.


Whether you're dealing with chronic tension, recovering from injury, or simply feeling the weight of daily life, my work is about helping you reconnect with a sense of ease. I believe healing happens when we feel safe, seen, and cared for, and that's the environment I aim to foster.



In addition to being a massage therapist, I’m a certified yoga instructor and lifelong student of the practice. Yoga has shaped how I understand movement, breath, and the body’s innate capacity to heal. Outside the studio, you'll likely find me hiking with my husband and our beagle, exploring backroads on a road trip, or enjoying a local theater production.
