Shannon and Tim Fuller

Shannon spent her early adult years traveling around Europe where she came to appreciate the slow, peaceful movement of life. After returning to Whatcom County, she knew she wanted to continue that relaxed lifestyle so she pursued a career in massage in 2002. Her priority has always been creating an environment of comfort and safety; a place where everyone that walks through the door feels welcome and is happy to be there. Though since retired from massage, she loves helping clients find the perfect therapist on staff to meet their needs.

Prior to opening Still Life Massage and Float, Tim spent his days in the restaurant and wine industry where stress and chaos were a daily routine. After floating for the first time in 2014, his experience was so profound that he scheduled another float the very next day. The calmness and serenity of the float seemed to take the weight of the world away, and lead to his desire to share that experience with everyone he knew. This lead to him and his wife, Shannon, adding Float Therapy to her existing Massage Therapy practice. Tim now heads the operation of the float pods (where he is known as the Pool Boy) and the front desk, where his background in customer service and his attention to detail have helped create a calm, clean, and professional environment where everyone may feel welcome and safe.

Tim and Shannon are local Bellinghamsters and are now raising two children in the same vibrant community that they have loved their whole lives. You may find them biking to Mallard’s, on the trails to Squalicum Beach, or listening to music on Thursday nights at Elizabeth Park.

As the owners of Still Life Massage and Float, we are committed to providing clients with highly skilled massage therapists, staff members with a workplace that is collaborative and fair, and our community with a clinic they will refer to without hesitation.

We look forward to sharing our stillness….
