Mark Guppy, LMT

Originally from Seattle, in 1996, I moved to Kona, Hawaii, where I worked for over 15 years at the Four Seasons Resort Hualalai Spa, performing massage and bodywork for hotel guests. At the same time, I worked in a rehab clinic alongside physical therapists for the treatment of on-the-job injuries, motor vehicle accidents, and sports injury patients. My methods include relaxation techniques, deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, as well as proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation with the goal of helping clients attain optimal recovery. 

I enjoy being part of the highly skilled and diverse team of colleagues here at Still Life. I am excited to be back in the Pacific Northwest with my family and we look forward to enjoying the great outdoors and exploring all that Bellingham has to offer.
