Andreas Weinrich, LMT

Born and raised in Germany, I had just earned my M.S. in Geology before I moved to the US in 1998. I lived at the Esalen Institute (Big Sur, California) for two years, where I discovered my passion for bodywork and completed my first certification as a massage therapist. I raised a family in Bloomington, Indiana, for 14 years before relocating to the Pacific Northwest in 2014.

I combine the flowing style of Esalen Massage® with specialized treatment techniques (Myofascial Release, Positional Release, Cranio-Sacral and more) to create a session for your specific needs, meeting you where you are each time.
Inspired by my own history, I have also trained extensively in touch based somatic therapies (Somatic Experiencing, Somatic Resilience and Regulation, Transforming Touch) to address internalized stress patterns like chronic anxiety, PTSD and developmental trauma.

It is my greatest joy to support ease and resilience in your body and nervous system, all within a therapeutic container of presence and connection.

In my free time you’ll find me sailing and kayaking around the Salish Sea, doing nature photography/videography, hiking in the Cascades, dancing and spending time with my two children, family and friends.
