Adrienne Bettis-Warren, LMT
I’ve been practicing massage therapy for over two years, and I approach each session as both a science and an art. My style integrates slow, connective flow with therapeutic techniques such as myofascial release and deep tissue work. I believe that massage is most powerful when it’s both deeply relaxing and highly effective, so I design each session to support lasting results you can feel long after you leave the table.
My path as a massage therapist is deeply connected to my identity as an artist. Creativity has always been at the center of my life—whether through drawing, storytelling, songwriting, sound design, or martial arts like jiu jitsu, judo, and MMA. These practices shaped my ability to meet each moment as it comes, improvise, and create something meaningful out of it. In my massage work, that means being fully present with each client, listening carefully to what their body is asking for, and crafting a session that is both intuitive and purposeful.
What I love most about massage is the opportunity to bring healing through creativity. Just as art has the power to move us, massage has the power to restore balance, release tension, and reconnect us with ourselves. For me, there is no greater reward than combining these two passions—using creativity as a pathway to healing.
If you’re looking for a therapist who blends myofascial release, deep tissue techniques, and slow, restorative flow, I would love the opportunity to work with you. My hope is that you leave each session not only feeling more relaxed, but also more in tune with your body and equipped with a sense of well-being you can carry into your daily life.
