The work I am called to do has its roots in creating and holding a safe space in which you are held in mindful awareness. Through the practice of creating a supportive environment, allowing your body to become deeply still and relaxed, your system generates therapeutic change from within.
As a licensed massage practitioner for over 21 years, specializing in craniosacral therapy, a registered yoga instructor, and former ballet dancer, I have deep experiential knowledge of the anatomy and physical patterns of the human body. My work is built on combining this foundation with an intuitive understanding of the subtle energetic body and how our own energies affect, move or don’t move through our body mind and spirit.
I was drawn to craniosacral therapy during a period of investigation into how an overstressed nervous system’s inability to cope with modern life conditions our entire well being. My exploration with the transformational work of craniosacral therapy was so profound I became compelled to earn my 524-hour certificate as a craniosacral therapist from the Colorado school of healing arts in 2006.
My intentions and purpose as a therapist is to bring as much peace as I can to every soul that crosses my path, and to use this opportunity to help others transform through the healing power of touch.
