Blending rhythm, pace, knowledge and intuition, my sessions aim to bring
fluidity back to areas of the body that may be stuck or adhered. By
utilizing my years studying physics, anatomy, kinesiology and physiology,
along with my time spent analyzing movement as a certified snowboard
instructor and practicing the flow arts, I focus on understanding movement
and muscle spindle patterns to create space for muscles to relax and return
to their original resting length for painless mobility. Integrating
relaxation and treatment techniques seamlessly into my therapeutic practice,
I aim to meet you where you are on each day.
When I’m not in the massage room, I enjoy growing food and tending my
forest garden, performing the flow arts, teaching snowboarding up at Mt.
Baker and exploring the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest.
